William, Tom worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen in the Denver office and ran a National Lawson ERP practice for Modis. Tom’s industry experience includes real estate, consumer services, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, real estate, construction, mining, and oil and gas. Tom earned his CPA in the State of Colorado in 1993 and his Colorado Real Estate Broker license in 2002.

Stacey believes great recruiting begins with the ability to understand and discern the nuances of a client’s needs coupled with in-depth research and robust networking. She has worked on executive recruiting searches across numerous industries. Searches have included Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Sales, Director of Innovation and numerous Corporate Development roles. Stacey brings her investment banking and sales & trading experience to her role as
Executive Recruiter. With an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Stacey worked in Mergers & Acquisitions for Salomon Brothers (Citigroup) and in High Yield Sales for Merrill Lynch (Bank of America) prior to becoming a Partner at R.M. William Talent Solutions. A big believer that “all progress takes place outside the comfort zone,” Stacey is a travel and fitness enthusiast, a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer and a Les Mills Certified Spin Instructor.

Jerry has served on the boards of Colorado Succeeds, the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology, and the Social Ventures of Denver. Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in organization development and learning from the University of New Mexico. He enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking and fly fishing.
